Job Title: Senior Product Owner

Job Description: As a Senior Product Owner for Digital Cards at a technology solutions organization serving the UAE banking sector, you will drive digital card product innovation and development. You will own the product roadmap for digital card solutions, collaborate with banking clients, and deliver innovative card products that serve financial institutions .

Responsibilities:

• Own the digital cards product roadmap and drive product strategy
• Define and execute product development aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional product delivery with banking clients and technology teams
• Conduct product discovery including market research and competitive intelligence
• Define product success metrics and monitor performance
• Coordinate with stakeholders on product requirements and delivery
• Drive continuous product improvement and innovation
• Ensure compliance with UAE card scheme and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven product management experience in digital cards, fintech, or banking technology
• Strong product roadmap ownership and cross-functional delivery skills
• Deep understanding of card products and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent product specification writing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the UAE or GCC banking market is strongly preferred
• Understanding of card scheme requirements and digital payments
