Job Title: Senior Manager – Fiat Operations

Job Description: Seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Fiat in Dubai. The role assists in leading Binance’s expansion plans into local MENA markets and shapes plans for new product launches — working closely with internal Tech and Global Marketing teams on optimizing fiat operations processes and business models for Binance’s UAE and MENA expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership in leading expansion plans for the MENA market and shape plans for launching new fiat services
• Ensure strong coordination with Marketing and Tech teams on fiat product launches and operational processes
• Work with relevant business owners and country management to develop and execute fiat operations strategy for the UAE and MENA
• Optimize fiat operations processes and business models in collaboration with internal Tech and Global Marketing teams
• Manage fiat-related operations including payment channel onboarding, fiat reconciliation, and partner management for the region
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies in fiat services across active MENA markets
• Monitor regulatory and market developments affecting fiat operations in UAE and GCC markets
• Produce operational performance reports and strategic recommendations for Binance’s MENA leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant operations management experience in fiat payments, crypto exchange operations, or financial services
• Understanding of fiat payment flows, acquiring operations, and banking channel management in the MENA region
• Experience working with cross-functional Tech and Marketing teams on product launches and operations optimization
• Strong understanding of UAE and MENA regulatory and market landscape for fiat and crypto operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven crypto and fintech environment
