Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description: As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will produce FP&A output for the finance department, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a complex trading environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse business performance, revenue drivers, and cost structures to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and leadership teams to drive financial accountability.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of FP&A experience in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and FP&A tools (Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar).
• Deep understanding of trading revenue models, P&L, and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
