Job Title: Senior Engineer – Level 3 (payment systems/Web3)

Job Description: As a Senior Level 3 Engineer specialising in payment systems and Web3, you will lead the design, architecture, and deployment of next-generation payment and blockchain-based financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable payment systems integrating traditional finance and Web3/blockchain protocols.
• Lead technical design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices.
• Implement smart contracts, wallet integrations, and decentralised payment rails.
• Ensure system security, high availability, and compliance with evolving regulations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in payment systems or Web3.
• Deep expertise in blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot), smart contracts (Solidity), and wallets.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java, and experience with distributed systems.
• Knowledge of DeFi, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), and Web3 infrastructure.
