Job Title: Senior Director – Private Banking

Job Description: As a Senior Director in Private Banking at a leading UAE Islamic banking institution, you will maintain and grow your own existing client relationships — reducing the number of own clients and focusing on high-volume relationships as a senior private banking leader committed to delivering exceptional wealth management and private banking solutions to UHNW clients in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow existing high-volume client relationships — focusing on deepening UHNW client engagement
• Reduce the number of own clients to focus on high-volume UHNW relationships with premium wealth management service
• Deliver exceptional wealth management and private banking solutions to UHNW clients in Abu Dhabi
• Present comprehensive private banking solutions across investments, credit, Sharia-compliant structured products, and alternatives
• Conduct regular UHNW client financial reviews — developing tailored Islamic wealth strategies and portfolios
• Ensure compliance with UAE private banking regulations, KYC/AML, and Sharia-compliant investment suitability
• Represent the private bank at Abu Dhabi UHNW client events, investment forums, and industry engagements
• Achieve Senior Director-level AUM growth, revenue, and UHNW client satisfaction targets

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Senior Director or Managing Director-level Islamic private banking experience in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record maintaining and growing high-volume UHNW client relationships in Islamic banking
• Deep expertise in Islamic wealth management products — Sharia-compliant investments, credit, and structured solutions
• Excellent client advisory, relationship management, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Arabic language skills essential for Abu Dhabi Islamic private banking UHNW client engagement
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent wealth management qualification preferred
