Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Banking

Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Banking at a banking technology and transformation organization, you will analyze corporate-banking requirements, design practical business and technology solutions, and connect product owners, operations teams, architects, developers, testers, and project leaders throughout digital-transformation delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document corporate-banking business requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications
• Assess current-state processes and identify gaps, control needs, and target-state improvements
• Act as the bridge between corporate-banking stakeholders and technology-delivery teams
• Coordinate with product owners, architects, developers, quality teams, and project managers
• Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through design, testing, and implementation
• Support SIT, UAT, defect clarification, deployment readiness, and business acceptance
• Contribute to corporate-banking digital-transformation initiatives delivered through Agile or Waterfall methods

Qualifications Needed:

• Senior business-analysis experience within corporate banking or banking technology
• Strong knowledge of corporate-banking products, processes, customer journeys, and controls
• Experience producing business and functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation
• Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, and change activities
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
