Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Description: As a Scrum Master at CodeNinja, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach development teams to deliver high-quality fintech and banking solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience in fintech, banking, or technology.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects through Agile practices.
• Professional certifications (CSM, PSM) preferred; excellent leadership and communication skills.
