Job Title: Sales Manager, KSA – Fintech/SaaS (FS)

Job Description: As a Sales Manager, KSA – Fintech/SaaS (FS), you will drive revenue for a regional financial-technology provider offering AML, KYC, fraud-prevention, payment-connectivity, and regulatory-reporting software to banks and financial institutions, while managing the complete sales cycle and building senior relationships across the Saudi market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities across Saudi banks and financial institutions
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure
• Build relationships with C-level executives, compliance leaders, and technology teams
• Develop strategic account plans covering pipeline, forecasting, and market penetration
• Position SaaS, fintech, AML, KYC, fraud-prevention, and payment-connectivity solutions
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams on tailored proposals and presentations
• Use knowledge of AML, sanctions, payments, and local regulation to advise prospective clients
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and maintain accurate opportunity forecasts

Qualifications Needed:

• At least five years of relevant sales experience
• Proven sales background in fintech, financial-services SaaS, AML, or KYC solutions
• Strong understanding of banking and financial-services operations
• Excellent enterprise communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment
• Fluent Arabic communication and a bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
