Job Title: Risk Management Analyst

Job Description: As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and managing various risks within our organization, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. You will analyze risk exposures, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk indicators to ensure the safety and soundness of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and quantify risks across the organization.

• Develop risk management policies, procedures, and controls.

• Monitor risk indicators and report on risk exposures to senior management.

• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of adverse events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement risk mitigation measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in risk management or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
