Job Title: Risk & Compliance Officer

Job Description: We are hiring a Risk & Compliance Officer with 5+ years of compliance/risk experience and at least 2 years in virtual assets, fintech, or payments, to manage regulatory risk and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor risk management and compliance policies for virtual asset and payment operations.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments, AML/CFT monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on licensing, inspections, and compliance matters.
• Advise internal teams on risk mitigation, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of compliance or risk management experience, with 2+ years specifically in virtual assets, fintech, or payments.
• Deep knowledge of local and international AML/CFT regulations and virtual asset frameworks.
• Professional certification such as CAMS or FRM is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills; fluent in English.
