Job Description: As a Research professional at Tether, you will conduct cutting-edge research in fintech, blockchain, and digital assets, generating insights that inform product strategy, regulatory engagement, and market positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on blockchain technology, digital assets, stablecoins, and fintech trends.
• Analyse market data, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to produce actionable insights.
• Publish research reports, white papers, and thought leadership content for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and communications teams to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of research experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear insights.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, and digital asset markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
