Job Title: Research Associate – Banking Operations (Facility Agency & Security)

Job Description: As a Research Associate for Banking Operations specializing in Facility Agency and Security functions, you will effectively deliver Facility Agency and Security functions to ensure the highest service standards and adherence to strict timelines — providing support for managing all payments flow through Agent Accounts and conducting comprehensive research and operational support for a banking operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively deliver the Facility Agency and Security functions to ensure highest service standards and strict timeline adherence
• Providing support for managing all payments flow through Agent Accounts held in UAE — including calculation of payment amounts and preparation of remittance instructions
• Verify accuracy of submitted documents before banker processing — ensuring complete, correct documentation
• Conduct research and operational analysis supporting Facility Agency and Security banking operations
• Coordinate with banking partners, legal teams, and internal operations on facility and security documentation
• Maintain accurate operational records for Agent Account payment flows and facility documentation
• Produce operational research and analysis reports for banking operations leadership
• Support banking operations improvements through structured research and process analysis activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Research associate or banking operations analyst experience with Facility Agency and Security functions exposure
• Understanding of Agent Account payment flows, remittance calculation, and banking facility documentation
• Strong attention to detail for document verification and banking operations accuracy
• Excellent organizational and research skills for banking operations support
• Banking or financial services operations background preferred
• Arabic and English communication skills for UAE banking operations engagement
