Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Officer

Job Description: As Regulatory Reporting Officer at Saudi Arabia’s first fintech unicorn, you will support regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax obligations for the company’s UAE operations, gaining the opportunity to contribute to safeguarding financial integrity and strengthening the company’s standing with regulatory authorities and stakeholders in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
• Support the timely submission and adherence to regulatory reporting requirements in close collaboration with the compliance team
• Help prepare and submit prudential financial reporting to regulatory bodies
• Support corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax compliance, including accurate calculation, filing, and payment within regulatory deadlines
• Assist with calculating and recording monthly and year-end tax provisions
• Assist in availing benefits under double tax treaties
• Ensure compliance with e-invoicing regulations
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives across regulatory and tax reporting workflows

Qualifications Needed:

• Basic understanding of financial reporting standards, including IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements
• Familiarity with tax concepts including VAT and corporate income tax
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and precise, with strong organizational skills
• Proactive and dependable, committed to delivering accurate and timely outputs
• Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with cross-functional teams
