Job Title: RegTech Manager

Job Description: As a RegTech Manager, you will lead regulatory technology solutions supporting compliance and anti-financial-crime functions, ensuring systems meet regulatory expectations while improving automation, performance reporting, governance, and adoption across a fast-growing fintech organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and oversight of RegTech solutions for Compliance and AFC
• Ensure anti-financial-crime systems and tools meet regulatory requirements
• Oversee KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for compliance technology
• Guide and mentor teams in applying RegTech best practices
• Coordinate delivery with internal compliance units and external departments
• Support automation and digital transformation of compliance workflows
• Monitor technology performance and identify control or process enhancements
• Track regulatory and industry developments affecting RegTech capabilities

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience managing regulatory technology, compliance systems, or AFC platforms
• Understanding of compliance and anti-financial-crime regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead technology implementation and system oversight
• Experience designing KPIs, dashboards, and governance reporting
• Strong mentoring, stakeholder coordination, and project-delivery skills
• Interest in automation and digital transformation within regulated financial services
