The RegTech Implementation Manager will deploy regulatory technology solutions for Dubai fintech platforms, ensuring automation of compliance, AML, and KYC workflows in line with UAE regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RegTech solution implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with compliance, IT, and operations teams.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Train teams on RegTech adoption and best practices.
  • Document processes for audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years experience in RegTech, fintech, or compliance technology.
  • Knowledge of UAE, DIFC, and ADGM regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
