Job Title: Regional Introducing Broker Manager

Job Description: As a Regional Introducing Broker Manager, you will recruit and support introducing broker networks, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage introducing broker (IB) networks across the region.
• Develop and execute IB strategies to grow client acquisition and trading volumes.
• Monitor IB performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and compliance teams on IB initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of IB, partnership, or business development experience in Forex or CFD.
• Strong network of IBs across the GCC and MENA.
• Proven track record of scaling IB networks and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
