Job Title: Reconciliation Center of Excellence Manager

Job Description: As a Reconciliation Center of Excellence Manager at SABB Bank, you will lead the reconciliation centre, driving best practices, automation, and operational excellence for financial and transactional reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reconciliation centre, overseeing the timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts, payments, and transactions.
• Develop and implement reconciliation standards, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and technology teams to address reconciliation exceptions and improve data integrity.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of reconciliation, operations, or finance experience in banking or fintech.
• Strong expertise in reconciliation tools, processes, and automation technologies.
• Proven track record of leading reconciliation teams and driving process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
