Job Title: Real-Time Analyst (RTA)

Job Description: As a Real-Time Analyst (RTA), you will provide real-time workforce and service-level analytics for a BNPL fintech’s care operation, ensuring optimal staffing and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time service levels, staffing, and queue performance across care channels.
• Adjust schedules and staffing in real time to meet service targets.
• Produce performance reports and identify trends for workforce planning.
• Collaborate with operations, care, and workforce teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of real-time analysis or workforce management experience in contact centres or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in WFM tools (NICE, Verint, Genesys).
• Ability to work under pressure and make fast, data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
