Job Title: Product Manager-Fintech

Job Description: As a Product Manager-Fintech, you will guide a new consumer digital product from discovery through release, owning its backlog and specifications while working daily with design, engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a well-tested financial-services experience for customers in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog and maintain clearly prioritized delivery requirements
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and failure-state requirements
• Work daily with design and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, unblock, and verify releases
• Translate business and customer needs into actionable product specifications
• Conduct product discovery and user testing, then convert findings into product decisions
• Coordinate legal, compliance, and operations reviews throughout the development lifecycle
• Track milestones, delivery risks, and product progress for senior stakeholder reporting
• Maintain product documentation, customer journeys, release notes, and decision logs

Qualifications Needed:

• At least seven years of product-management experience in consumer digital products, preferably mobile products
• Demonstrated experience shipping products end to end in close partnership with design and engineering teams
• Strong specification-writing capability covering acceptance criteria, edge cases, and failure states
• Financial-services or other regulated-product experience is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Arabic-language capability is an advantage
• Working proficiency with Figma and Jira and a relevant bachelor’s degree
