Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description: As a Product Manager for Client Experience at NymCard, a full-stack, API-first embedded finance platform providing payment infrastructure for banks, fintechs, enterprises, and telecom providers, you will drive client experience product development and delivery. You will own the product roadmap for client-facing solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement .

Responsibilities:

• Own the client experience product roadmap and drive product strategy
• Define and execute product development aligned with client needs
• Lead cross-functional product delivery with Engineering and Operations teams
• Conduct product discovery including client research and user analytics
• Define product success metrics and monitor performance
• Coordinate with stakeholders on product requirements and delivery
• Drive continuous improvement of client experience products

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Strong product roadmap ownership and cross-functional delivery skills
• Deep understanding of client experience and user-centered design
• Excellent product specification writing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the UAE or GCC fintech market is strongly preferred
• Understanding of embedded finance and payment infrastructure
