Job Title: Product Engineering Associate Manager

Job Description: As a Product Engineering Associate Manager at Accenture, you will lead engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable product solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of product engineers, setting priorities and driving performance.
• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of full-stack product applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Drive best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement across the engineering team.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Java, or Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
