Job Title: Private Banking Intern

Job Description: As a Private Banking Intern at a globally established German universal bank’s Dubai operations, you will evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions — preparing industry analyses for pitches and getting involved in the execution of live deals during an extended 12 to 15 month private banking internship in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate companies and develop financial models for M&A transactions and private banking mandates
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches — contributing to client presentation materials and deal analytics
• Get involved in the execution of live deals alongside senior private banking professionals
• Support senior Private Bankers on HNW and UHNW client relationship management and advisory
• Conduct financial analysis and investment research for private banking client portfolio advisory
• Complete structured 12 to 15 month Private Banking Internship training and development milestones
• Build a professional network within a globally established German bank’s Dubai private banking team
• Develop private banking, M&A analysis, and investment advisory skills through mentored live deal exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• Available for a 12 to 15 month Private Banking Internship commitment in Dubai
• Recent 2024 or 2025 graduate with undergraduate or graduate degree from any academic background
• Or professionals with no more than 18 months of full-time experience — eligible to apply
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and written communication skills for private banking internship
• Genuine interest in private banking, M&A, and investment strategy advisory careers
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA private banking client engagement
