Job Title: Practice Head – Digital Transformation

Job Description: As a Practice Head for Digital Transformation covering UAE, Oman, and KSA, you will own the end-to-end P&L, go-to-market strategy, and client relationships for a digital transformation practice — with a predominant commercial mandate (approximately 70%) spanning enterprise sales, presales solutioning, and partner and vendor management, balanced by delivery oversight (approximately 30%) to ensure profitable and high-quality execution. You will establish the organization as a trusted digital transformation partner across priority industries and geographies, driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-led selling.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the digital transformation practice revenue, gross margin, and pipeline targets aligned to FY business plans
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for DT solutions across priority industries and geographies (UAE, Oman, KSA)
• Build a scalable and predictable sales pipeline to support short- and long-term growth with healthy pipeline coverage ratios
• Lead enterprise sales, presales solutioning, and partner/vendor management across the DT practice (~70% commercial mandate)
• Oversee delivery quality and profitability across active DT engagements (~30% delivery oversight)
• Establish the organization as a trusted DT partner across UAE, Oman, and KSA — building senior client relationships
• Develop DT solutions strategy across priority industries with a focus on financial services, government, and enterprise
• Monitor digital transformation technology market developments and competitive landscape across the region

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant technology consulting or digital transformation leadership experience at Practice Head or equivalent level
• Proven P&L ownership and go-to-market execution experience in a technology solutions or consulting environment
• Strong commercial track record in enterprise DT sales, presales solutioning, and partner management across UAE, Oman, or KSA
• Deep understanding of digital transformation solutions relevant to financial services, government, and enterprise sectors
• Excellent leadership, client relationship management, and executive communication skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE, Oman, and KSA client engagement
