Job Title: PMO – Project Manager

Job Description: As a Project Manager within the PMO at HALA, you will plan, execute, and deliver fintech projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute fintech projects, including platform enhancements, new product launches, and integrations.
• Define project scope, create detailed plans, manage risks, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of project management experience in fintech, banking, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
• Proven track record of delivering fintech projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
