Job Title: Platforms Account Manager

Job Description: As a Platforms Account Manager at a leading MENA payments company revolutionizing online payments across the region, you will be the point of contact for current platforms we are partnered with, contacting new potential small to medium Platforms and handling commercials negotiations and activations. You will keep up to date with all platform offerings and how they can be leveraged to increase commercial value, networking in the platform space to find out who the new players are in the market and introducing the company’s proposition.

Responsibilities:

• Contact new potential small to medium Platforms and handle commercials negotiations and activations
• Be a point of contact for all current platforms we are partnered with
• Keep up to date with all platform offerings and how they can be leveraged to increase commercial value
• Network in the platform space, finding out who the new players are in the market and introducing the company’s proposition
• Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate records
• Answer questions about our solutions and the company
• Take and process information about the platform in an accurate manner
• Handle questions and overcome objections with integrity and clarity

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of role-specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth Startups
• Preferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted
• Ability to establish credibility and internal relationships
• Understanding of client/merchant/stakeholder care
• Awareness of how your role supports the business
• Enthusiasm for working in a growing fintech
• Ability to work in a team and follow daily tasks
• Skills and knowledge to actively participate in meetings
• Ability to deliver work on time
• Positive attitude and productive under pressure
• Problem-solving and quick-thinking skills
• Ability to organize information and ask relevant questions
• Strong communication skills in English, with a preference for Arabic language ability
