Job Title: People Business Partner

Job Description: As a People Business Partner, you will provide HR business partnering at a BNPL fintech’s headquarters, supporting leaders and teams on people matters.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders on org design, performance, and talent matters.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Drive HR programs including performance cycles and talent reviews.
• Provide data-driven insights on people metrics to leadership.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of HR business partnering experience in fintech or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
