The Payments Operations Supervisor will manage daily payment processing, settlements, and reconciliation for Dubai-based fintech platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise payment operations teams and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, DIFC, and ADGM regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with risk, finance, and product teams.
  • Identify operational improvements and process efficiencies.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years experience in payments operations or fintech.
  • Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and payment systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
