The Payments Operations Lead will oversee settlement, reconciliation, and partner operations for fintech payment platforms in Dubai. You will ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and DIFC/ADGM regulations while leading operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payments processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Supervise operational teams and processes.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLA compliance, and efficiency metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence for payment operations.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and banking partners.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of payments operations or fintech experience.
  • Familiarity with UAE and GCC banking regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
