Job Title: Payments Manager – Fintech / iGaming

Job Description: As a Payments Manager at a fintech and digital payments company with experience in payments management within the fintech or iGaming industry, you will lead payment operations management — applying 3+ years of experience in payments management preferably within fintech or iGaming to a complex, high-volume payments environment. This role covers fintech payment platform management and cross-border payment operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead payment operations management for a fintech and digital payments platform
• Apply 3+ years of experience in payments management within fintech or iGaming to platform operations
• Oversee payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and financial operations for a high-volume payments platform
• Manage relationships with payment processors, acquiring banks, and payment technology partners
• Ensure compliance with UAE payment regulatory requirements and international payments standards
• Monitor payment platform performance — processing success rates, settlement timelines, and dispute management
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams on payment feature development and regulatory compliance
• Produce payment operations performance reporting and strategic recommendations for leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in payments management preferably within fintech or iGaming industry — required
• Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation for high-volume platforms
• Experience managing payment processor and acquiring bank relationships
• UAE payments regulatory compliance knowledge preferred
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills for payment operations leadership
