Job Title: Payments Associate

Job Description: As a Payments Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will support the payments business in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the development and growth of client payment solutions and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support the payments business, including transaction processing, client onboarding, and operational monitoring.
• Collaborate with client relationship teams to support growth and client satisfaction.
• Monitor payment performance, identify improvements, and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of payments, transaction banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, SWIFT, and cross-border payments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
