Job Title: Payment Product Manager

Job Description: As a Payment Product Manager at HALA, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions, driving innovation in fintech lending, online payments, and merchant services for the Saudi market.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for payment products, including online payments, recurring billing, and merchant tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to prioritise features.
• Track product performance, user adoption, and revenue metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, acquiring, and digital wallet ecosystems.
• Proven track record of launching successful payment products in the Saudi or GCC market.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
