Job Description: As a Payment Gateway Operations Manager, you will run merchant settlement and support operations, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with payment regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of payments operations experience in fintech or financial services.
• Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, and gateway operations.
• Proven track record of leading operations teams and improving efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
