Job Title: Payment Gateway Coordinator – PSP & Banking API

Job Description: As a Payment Gateway Coordinator at a globally established HR technology and talent marketplace, you will manage daily coordination with banks and payment partners — coordinating with PSPs and banks on API-based payment flows and ensuring KYC/AML protocols are followed across the payment gateway operations of a globally connected platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily coordination with banks and payment partners across payment gateway operations
• Coordinate with PSPs and banks on API-based payment flows ensuring technical and compliance standards are met
• Ensure KYC/AML protocols are followed across all payment gateway transactions and partner integrations
• Monitor payment gateway performance — processing success rates, settlement timelines, and dispute management
• Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, and Finance teams on payment gateway delivery and issue resolution
• Produce payment gateway performance reporting and management information for senior operations leadership
• Support new PSP and banking partner integrations — KYC documentation, API testing, and activation
• Stay current on UAE payment regulatory requirements affecting payment gateway and PSP operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Payment Gateway Coordinator or payments operations experience with PSP and banking API background
• Strong understanding of API-based payment flows, PSP integration, and KYC/AML payment compliance
• Experience managing daily banking and payment partner coordination for a digital platform
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for banking partner and internal team coordination
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking and PSP partner engagement
• UAE payment gateway operations or fintech payments experience strongly preferred
