Job Title: Partnerships Trainee/Associate

Job Description: As a Partnerships Trainee/Associate at Deriv, you will support the partnerships team in managing IB and affiliate relationships, assisting with onboarding, performance monitoring, and partner support across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding, monitoring, and supporting IB and affiliate partners.
• Conduct research on potential partners and market opportunities.
• Track partner performance and prepare reports for the partnerships team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in online trading, fintech, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
