Job Title: Paralegal – Transactional Corporate

Job Description: As a Transactional Corporate Paralegal at a globally leading international law firm with one of the strongest corporate, M&A, private equity, venture capital, investment funds, corporate reorganization, and commercial practices in the UAE, you will support the Corporate and M&A team across the full lifecycle of transactional corporate legal work — preparing and managing documentation for complex M&A, PE, VC, and investment fund transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Corporate and M&A team across the full lifecycle of transactional corporate legal work
• Prepare and manage transaction documentation for complex M&A, private equity, venture capital, and investment fund transactions
• Collate and organize transaction documents, corporate records, and due diligence materials
• Assist with drafting, proofreading, and formatting corporate and M&A legal documentation
• Coordinate with senior lawyers, external counsel, and client teams on transaction document management
• Manage document management systems, transaction bibles, and corporate record maintenance
• Support regulatory and compliance submissions for M&A and corporate transactions
• Stay current on UAE corporate law developments and transactional best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven paralegal experience with transactional corporate law focus within a leading law firm
• Strong understanding of corporate transactions — M&A, private equity, venture capital, and investment funds
• Excellent document management, drafting support, and organizational skills for complex transactions
• Strong attention to detail for high-quality corporate documentation and due diligence management
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE corporate transaction and client engagement
• UAE corporate or transactional legal experience preferred
