Job Title: Operations Lead (Bifinity fiat on/off-ramp)

Job Description: As an Operations Lead for the Bifinity fiat on/off-ramp platform in Bahrain, you will manage daily operations, oversee transaction processing, and ensure seamless fiat-crypto exchange services for the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for the fiat on/off-ramp platform, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain regulatory requirements, AML/CFT frameworks, and internal policies.
• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and support teams to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of operations management experience in fintech, payments, or crypto exchange platforms.
• Strong understanding of fiat-crypto on/off-ramp processes, payment gateways, and settlement cycles.
• Knowledge of Bahrain regulations (CBB) and crypto compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
