Job Title: Operations and Payments Manager

Job Description: As an Operations and Payments Manager at Bankd, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and payment processing functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless financial flows for a growing fintech payments company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily payment operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Monitor payment performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, and technology teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of operations and payments management experience in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvements and managing payment workflows.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
