Strategic Vision

This role positions observability and operational intelligence as core fintech infrastructure capabilities, rather than technical afterthoughts. The Principal Authority will design systems that provide continuous, real-time visibility into transaction flows, system health, performance behavior, and operational risk.

Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic anchor, the role focuses on enabling predictable, transparent, and resilient fintech operations at scale.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect fintech observability platforms covering transactions, systems, data pipelines, and operational workflows.
• Design performance engineering frameworks for latency management, throughput optimization, and failure prediction.
• Establish standards for telemetry, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing across fintech systems.
• Integrate operational intelligence directly into decision-making and incident response workflows.
• Lead globally distributed SRE, platform, and engineering teams in a remote-first model.
• Produce executive-grade documentation translating operational complexity into actionable insights.

Required Expertise

• 14–20 years of experience in fintech systems engineering, platform reliability, or operational intelligence.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems performance, observability tooling, and resilience engineering.
• Strong analytical capability to translate system behavior into strategic operational decisions.
• Proven leadership in mission-critical, high-volume fintech environments.
• Excellent communication and institutional documentation skills.

Compensation & Engagement

• Annual Compensation: AED 750,000 – 1,150,000 (tax-free)
