Job Title: Operating Principal – Fintech / Technology

Job Description: As an Operating Principal at a globally established fintech and technology company, you will apply 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, private equity, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company to operational leadership — driving strategy execution, commercial performance, and operational excellence across a globally scaling fintech and technology platform.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy execution, commercial performance, and operational excellence across a globally scaling fintech platform
• Apply 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
• Lead cross-functional operational initiatives — driving outcomes across Commercial, Product, Finance, and Technology teams
• Develop and maintain operational performance frameworks, KPIs, and strategic delivery tracking systems
• Produce Board-level and leadership operational performance reporting and strategic recommendation documents
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks — implementing solutions that accelerate growth and efficiency
• Support strategic planning, fundraising, and investor reporting activities as an Operating Principal
• Build and develop a high-performing operational team as the fintech platform scales globally

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company — required
• Proven operational leadership or strategy execution experience within a fintech or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills for global fintech leadership engagement
• Remote work capability — self-directed and highly organized
• MBA from a leading institution preferred
