Job Description: As an Open Banking Operations Lead, you will run API operations and bank connectivity, ensuring reliable open banking services.

Responsibilities:

• Run API operations across the open banking platform.
• Manage bank connectivity, SLAs, and operational performance.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with banks and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams on delivery.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of operations or open banking experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of open banking APIs, bank connectivity, and operations.
• Proven track record of running API operations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
