Job Title: Officer, Collections

Job Description: As a Collections Officer at bankfab, you will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment plans, and support recovery efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships and compliance with collections regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
• Monitor collections performance, track recovery metrics, and report to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and escalations related to collections.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal collections policies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of collections or debt recovery experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in collections management systems and MS Excel.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
