Job Description: As a Neobank Operations Analyst, you will handle account servicing for a digital bank, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle account servicing operations, including payments, disputes, and account maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Build reports and dashboards for operations and management.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and technology teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of banking operations experience in digital banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of account servicing, payments, and disputes.
• Proficiency in operations systems, Excel, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
