Job Title: Mortgage Finance Specialist – Home Loans, Refinancing & Mortgage Advisory

Job Description: As a Mortgage Finance Specialist at a UAE banking or mortgage advisory organization, you will apply mortgage product expertise — advising GCC clients on home loans, refinancing, and mortgage structuring for a professionally managed UAE mortgage finance and banking advisory organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply mortgage product expertise to home loan, refinancing, and mortgage structuring advisory
• Advise GCC clients on mortgage products — home loans, buy-to-let, refinancing, and equity release solutions
• Conduct mortgage client needs assessment and match clients to suitable mortgage products and structures
• Build and maintain professional mortgage client relationships through trusted mortgage advisory
• Coordinate with banking partners, legal advisors, and property developers on mortgage solution delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly mortgage advisory and origination volume targets
• Ensure all mortgage advisory complies with UAE Central Bank mortgage regulations and suitability standards
• Monitor UAE and GCC mortgage market rate developments and regulatory changes for advisory intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Mortgage Finance Specialist experience with home loans, refinancing, and GCC mortgage advisory
• Strong mortgage product knowledge — home loans, buy-to-let, refinancing, and UAE mortgage regulations
• Understanding of UAE Central Bank mortgage regulatory requirements and mortgage suitability standards
• Excellent client needs assessment, mortgage structuring advisory, and banking partner coordination skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for GCC mortgage banking client and partner engagement
• GCC mortgage finance or banking home loan advisory specialist experience strongly preferred
