Job Title: Merchant Onboarding Manager

Job Description: As a Merchant Onboarding Manager at Tabby, a leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region, you will lead and support a team of Merchant Onboarding Executives responsible for activating Tabby’s merchant partners. You will play a critical role in driving merchant acquisition and ensuring successful merchant activation across the Kingdom’s rapidly growing fintech ecosystem .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Merchant Onboarding Executives
• Drive merchant partner activation and onboarding processes
• Ensure successful merchant integration and go-live
• Build and maintain relationships with merchant partners
• Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams on merchant onboarding
• Monitor merchant onboarding performance and metrics
• Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes

Qualifications Needed:

• 1-7 years of experience in merchant onboarding, account management, or sales
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services preferred
• Understanding of merchant acquisition and activation processes
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• GCC or Saudi Arabia fintech experience strongly preferred
