Job Title: MBA Lecturer – Digital Payments & Financial Technologies

Job Description: As an MBA Lecturer for Digital Payments and Financial Technologies at a UAE university, you will teach one course on Digital Payments and Financial Technologies in the MBA programme — applying academic and industry expertise in fintech, digital payments, and financial technology to MBA-level teaching delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Teach one course in Digital Payments and Financial Technologies in the MBA programme
• Apply academic and industry expertise in fintech, digital payments, and financial technology to MBA teaching
• Design and deliver MBA-level curriculum covering digital payments, fintech ecosystems, and financial regulation
• Facilitate case studies, group discussions, and practical fintech problem-solving for MBA participants
• Assess and evaluate MBA student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations
• Stay current on digital payments, fintech, and financial technology developments for curriculum relevance
• Coordinate with MBA Programme Director and academic faculty on course delivery and student support
• Produce course materials, lecture notes, and assessment frameworks for MBA Digital Payments module

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven MBA Lecturer or academic faculty experience with digital payments or financial technology background
• Deep expertise in digital payments, fintech ecosystems, and financial technology for MBA-level teaching
• Industry and academic experience in fintech, payments, or banking preferred for teaching credibility
• Strong curriculum design, lecture delivery, and MBA student assessment skills
• PhD or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance, Fintech, or related field preferred
• GCC or global fintech academic teaching or industry subject matter expert experience preferred
