Job Title: Market and Product Expansion Director Treasury Services

Job Description: As a Market and Product Expansion Director Treasury Services, you will design and lead treasury-services product strategies for the Saudi market, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing product and regulatory risks, and supporting compliant market growth through innovative payment and cash-management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead treasury-services product and market-expansion strategies
• Assess market needs, client opportunities, and competitive developments
• Coordinate product development and commercialization activities
• Work with sales, operations, technology, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders
• Identify and manage product, operational, and regulatory risks
• Ensure expansion plans align with local requirements and governance standards
• Support innovation in payment, cash-management, and treasury solutions
• Track market-growth outcomes and provide strategic updates to leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• One to seven years of relevant treasury-services, payments, product, or market-expansion experience as listed
• Experience designing or executing product strategies in financial services
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance
• Ability to collaborate across product, sales, technology, operations, legal, and compliance teams
• Strong market-analysis, commercial, and strategic-thinking skills
• Clear senior-stakeholder communication and execution capability
