Job Title: Manager – Strategy & Transactions

Job Description: As a Manager within a Strategy and Transactions practice covering Infrastructure and Capital Projects, you will lead and support advisory engagements across infrastructure investment, capital project development, and public-private partnership mandates in the UAE and GCC. You will bring an MBA from a top-tier university and consulting experience — delivering high-quality infrastructure and transactions advisory that supports clients across government, sovereign wealth funds, and private infrastructure investors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support advisory engagements across infrastructure investment, capital project development, and PPP mandates in the UAE and GCC
• Apply an MBA-level strategic and financial mindset to complex infrastructure and capital project advisory challenges
• Develop and review infrastructure financial models, investment cases, and transaction advisory deliverables
• Coordinate with client teams, legal advisors, bankers, and government stakeholders on infrastructure transactions
• Continuously develop consulting skills and professional expertise through training, mentoring, and daily client interactions
• Produce high-quality advisory reports, strategic recommendations, and financial analyses for DIFC-based and regional clients
• Manage junior team members on engagement delivery — mentoring and building team capability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, expert advisory delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• MBA from a top-tier university — required
• Relevant experience in infrastructure advisory, strategy consulting, or transactions within a professional services or investment banking environment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills for infrastructure investment analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing DIFC-based advisory delivery
• UAE or GCC infrastructure and government project experience preferred
• Professional qualification (ACA, CFA, or equivalent) advantageous
