Job Title: Manager – Service Operations

Job Description: As a Manager for Service Operations at a banking and financial technology company, you will coordinate rapid issue resolution, detailed root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions with partners — leading service operations for a banking and fintech technology platform serving financial institution clients across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate rapid issue resolution, detailed root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions with partners
• Lead service operations for a banking and fintech technology platform serving financial institution clients
• Build and manage the service operations team — setting standards, coaching, and driving operational excellence
• Develop and maintain service management frameworks, escalation procedures, and SLA governance
• Monitor service operations performance metrics — incident resolution times, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Client Management teams on platform service delivery and issue resolution
• Produce service operations performance reporting and management information for senior leadership
• Drive continuous service improvement through RCA findings, process automation, and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Service Operations Manager experience within a banking technology or fintech platform company
• Strong RCA methodology, rapid issue resolution, and preventive action implementation skills
• Deep understanding of banking technology service management standards and client SLA governance
• Excellent team leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills
• ITIL, PMP, or equivalent service management or project management certification preferred
• UAE banking technology service operations experience strongly preferred
