Job Title: Manager – Finance

Job Description: As the Manager – Finance for Bede, you will lead financial planning, control, reporting, compliance, and business-performance support for Zain Bahrain’s fintech subsidiary, providing management insights and maintaining strong financial operations as the Shariah-compliant personal-finance platform scales.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the fintech subsidiary’s day-to-day finance activities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial-planning processes
• Prepare accurate management and statutory financial reports
• Monitor performance and provide financial insights to business leaders
• Maintain financial controls, governance, and compliance processes
• Coordinate audits, tax requirements, and regulatory reporting
• Support strategic decisions with analysis of costs, revenue, and profitability
• Develop finance processes that can scale with the business

Qualifications Needed:

• Professional experience managing finance activities in a regulated or technology-led business
• Strong financial-reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and control skills
• Understanding of compliance and governance requirements
• Ability to translate financial information into business insights
• Leadership and stakeholder-management capability
• Experience in fintech, digital finance, telecommunications, or financial services is relevant
