Job Title: Manager – ADGM Regulatory Frameworks & Financial Centre Development

Job Description: As a Manager at a leading UAE international financial centre, you will work within regulatory frameworks benchmarked to global standards — ensuring financial entities operating within ADGM operate with clarity and certainty while market participants compete on a level playing field for a globally recognized UAE international financial centre.

Responsibilities:

• Work within ADGM regulatory frameworks benchmarked to global standards for financial centre development
• Ensure financial entities operating within ADGM operate with regulatory clarity and certainty
• Support the development and enhancement of ADGM regulatory frameworks and financial centre policies
• Coordinate with FSRA, ADGM registered entities, and international regulatory bodies on framework delivery
• Develop regulatory policy documentation and stakeholder guidance for ADGM financial centre participants
• Monitor global financial centre regulatory developments for ADGM framework benchmarking and enhancement
• Produce regulatory framework reports and management information for senior ADGM leadership review
• Build and maintain relationships with international financial regulators and ADGM ecosystem participants

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Manager experience with financial centre regulatory framework or international financial services background
• Deep understanding of ADGM regulatory frameworks — FSRA, international standards, and financial centre policy
• Strong regulatory policy development, stakeholder guidance, and financial centre administration expertise
• Excellent written regulatory communication and senior ADGM and international stakeholder management
• Legal, Finance, or regulatory affairs qualification preferred for ADGM regulatory framework mandate
• GCC or global international financial centre regulatory framework management experience strongly preferred
